Omaru Downs is a high end barn style cabin. This cozy cabin for two seems fitting for a romantic off grid getaway. On a clear day you can see right through to all the maunga; Pirongia, Kakepuku, Taranaki and Ruapehu.

Travel Note
Omaru Downs is set on a large sheep and beef farm in the heart of the king country. Omaru falls is a stone throw from the barn which is a must do. The timber trail is only 35 mins away as well as the rail trail. The Waitomo caves are 35 mine away. Don’t feel like cooking? Fat Pigeon cafe is 20 mins away really nice cafe also the night owl for dinners.
