Theres no doubt that the word ‘picnic’ has come out of our mouths more times in the past month than we’d care to admit. It’s the hot topic of the month and frankly we’re here for it. Checkered blankets, natty wines and flat lay shots of cheese and sourdough breads. Lay it all on us. We’ve put together a list of picnic essentials to make sure your next outting looks like a French Rivera setting.

With new menu’s each week, theres no doubt theres something for everyone. Each weekly picnic include oysters, bread, a bottle of wine and changing seasonal dishes, as well as a complimentary tote bag for $170. We’d order for the tote bag itself.

Taatahi Merchants ‘Beach Umbrella’

What we love most about these beach umbrellas is that they’ve been designed with the environment in mind. Using materials and processes that are better for the earth, they come with a guanentee that you’ll be looking after our Mother. Made from recycled plastic bottles, it’s a winner for us.

Find them online at Taahati Merchants (RRP $189)

Note: They’ve got a ‘Seconds’ range which are discounted due to small interior marks. We are huge fans of this as it shines light on an industry that strives for perfection. Rather than discarding, Taahati are opting for the unique. Circular design and transparency will pave the future of consumerism. Big kudos!
